About JuryTest

JuryTest is a case evaluation and strategy development tool. It is a fast and cost-efficient alternative to mock trials and litigation focus groups.

How Does it Work?

Counsel records a case summary or argument on our toll-free recording line, 1.888.JURYTEST (or smartphone recording app). A geographically selected group of "jurors" listens to your case and reviews your exhibits. Feedback is provided securely on the JuryTest website, where you can analyze and sort juror responses and learn the issues that jurors care about.

JuryTest was created by Adam Rosen, J.D., Ph.D., a jury consultant trained in both law and clinical psychology and an instructor in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
